Hello and welcome to my writing portfolio website! My name is Ashley Gonzalez, and I’m a writer based in New York City. Originally from Palm Beach, Florida, I moved to New York to pursue my dreams of becoming a writer.
Before embarking on my writing career, I was a Division 1 athlete, and I bring the same level of dedication to my writing as I did to my sport.
Writing has always been a passion of mine, and I’m grateful to be able to turn that into a career. When I’m not writing, you can often find me exploring the great outdoors. I love to hike and be surrounded by nature. I find that it’s a great way to clear my mind and get inspired.
I also have an obsession for trying new foods and cuisines, and I’m always on the lookout for new restaurants and dishes to try. I strive to create stories that are engaging, thought-provoking, and emotionally resonant.
Ultimately, my goal as a writer is to connect with readers and share stories that inspire, entertain, and challenge.
